LisaStylez Lustre Lipz – Return & Refund Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all lip gloss and cosmetic products are final sale.

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened cosmetic items.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If there is an issue with your order, please review the details below:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged, leaking, broken, or defective:



Contact us within 3 days of delivery.



Email clear photos or video of the product and packaging to [[email protected]].



Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a store credit.



Wrong Item Received

If you were sent the wrong item:



Contact us within 3 days of delivery.



We will send you the correct product at no additional cost.



Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking number shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:



Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office.



Once an order is marked as delivered, we cannot issue refunds.



If the package is lost in transit before delivery is confirmed, we will assist with filing a claim and offer a replacement when applicable.



Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase.

Once the order has begun processing, cancellations are no longer available.
